I began my career as a Human Performance Consultant with Accenture in Melbourne, but I’ve benefited from a global career. Currently based in Hong Kong, I’ve worked and lived across Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, China and the Philippines) and Europe (London Switzerland, and Dublin). These experiences have regularly exposed me to multi-location, and highly diverse teams. Now I have been a coach for more than 4 years, having been introduced to the process when I re-entered the workforce after being an expat partner and running my own not-for-profit business. I am lucky enough to have discovered that I thrive in and understand challenging and ambiguous environments. The focus I take with my clients is to help and support them by understanding their motivations to be the very best they can be, especially in times of change and disruption. I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, using this positive coaching approach to help individuals recognise a deeper understanding of what their strengths are, and how to use these in the workplace. My Masters focused on sustainable competitive advantage through people, and this can be tapped into by understanding the natural talents of individuals and how these show up in team environments. Before I became a coach and facilitator, I used a similar skill set working extensively with Nestle Nespresso HQ as global head of learning and development, and as a change management and human performance consultant at Accenture. More recently I’ve worked as a coach and consultant for C-Suite and high potential managers in organisations including Microsoft; Coca-Cola; the US State Department; GlaxoSmithkline; online fashion retailer ZALORA, LEVI's and Philip Morris International. I LOVE learning from others, as it enhances the learning experience for individuals and teams that I work with. I love it when the individuals and teams I work with realise they have worked towards the best outcomes for them and others. It’s amazing to see the transformation of individuals and teams in front of your eyes when they discover their own potential! As well as being a constant learner, I hold a Commerce Degree (Monash University), Graduate Diploma (HR&IR) (Melbourne University); Masters in Business (HR) (Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin / NOEMA Business School Reims, France) and recently completed the Financial Times Non ExecutiveBoard Director Program and Director Diploma.
