Since arriving in Hong Kong from France in 1991, I have seen the landscape of recruitment and the career profile of employees change dramatically.  There has been a fascinating shift in how we now think of and address our work-life balance. Working with my coaching clients, I help them evaluate how they have worked and how they want to work, and together we build a new future-focused life and career.  

After an extensive career as a recruiter and Deputy General Manager at the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, I began a venture in 2008 that became both my career and passion.  My goal is to help professionals at the start of their career transition when their future is completely unknown, and guide them to find a purpose that truly suits who they are and where they want to go.  

I have previously worked as a headhunter for various MNCs and SMEs in Asia Pacific, and my recruitment expertise spans across a wide range of industries - from retail to luxury goods, manufacturing to trading.  My background as a headhunter has served me well in providing advice and direction for numerous mid and senior level executives who are striving for deeper meaning and challenge in their careers.

I also enjoy working with fresh graduates who are facing important decisions when first entering the workforce.  With AIESEC Hong Kong, I mentor these new leaders in developing their leadership and practical competencies.
